Let’s get ready for the Australian Transplant Games!

Transplant Australia NSW is pleased to host training and development programs near you!

You’re invited to join Transplant Australia’s sports development events and training camps to support all NSW members in their preparation for the Australia Transplant Games this October.

All abilities and ages are welcome. So why not come along and try out a new sport or develop your skills in a sport you already love. There’s a session for everyone so check-out the events below to find one that suits you.

Newcastle - Sunday 19th May

Enjoy a range of training and fitness sessions in the Newcastle area on this sport development day.  Enjoy a local Parkrun with our transplant family, then head off to the indoor heated pool for a coached swim session or water aerobics (for men and women).  Finish the day with a social lawns bowls session.   For more information and to register, please CLICK HERE

Enjoy a range of training and fitness sessions in Sydney on this sport development day.  Enjoy a local Parkrun with our transplant family, then head off to the indoor heated pool for a coached swim session. Ballina - Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23 June

Enjoy a range of training and fitness sessions in Ballina area on this sport development weekend.  Bring the family to a fun social lawn bowls afternoon, on Saturday afternoon, followed by a bite to eat (*dinner at own cost).  On Sunday morning, enjoy a local cross-country run (1/3/6km) with Ballina Athletic and our transplant family, then head off golf or tennis.  Finish the day with a swimming session at Alstonville Aquatic Centre.   For more information and to register, please click HERE

Parramatta Day Camp - 25th & 26th May

Come along to our Parramatta sports training weekend on Saturday 25th May, & Sunday 26th May 2024. With a range of sports and activities to try out, bring the family along for a day of fun. All ages and abilities welcome.

Be sure to enjoy our social bowls and BBQ function on Saturday night at the Rosehill Bowling Club, and meet new and old friends in the NSW transplant community.   To register CLICK HERE

Berry Weekend Camp - 28-30 June

The aim of the Berry weekend training camp is to give the NSW transplant community the opportunity to engage in training sessions in the lead up to the Australian Transplant Games in Canberra in October 2024We hope that you come along to have a go and try a new sport or activity or practice a sport you already love.   This camp is generously subsidised by Sport NSW and Transplant Australia NSW, costing only $50 per person for a full weekend of activities, training, accommodation and meals.
