The Transplant Australia Football Club has been in existence since 2015 and brings together the entire transplant community to celebrate the gift of life through the love of football. The TAFC is one of a growing number of clubs recognised by the World Transplant Football Commission. The TAFC exists as a special interest group of Transplant Australia giving it a high level of governance and support and access to the Australian Sports Commission as a National Sporting Organisation with a Disability.
Players, officials and supporters are required to be members of Transplant Australia and to abide by the Code of Conduct and Social Media Policy. For information, click here.
