Organ and Tissue Authority
The Organ and Tissue Authority is responsible for leading implementation of the Australian Government’s National Reform Agenda to increase organ and tissue donation for transplantation. The Authority’s national DonateLife community awareness and education program encourages Australians to discover the facts, make and register informed donation decisions and most importantly discuss and know family members’ donation wishes.
The Authority is the major sponsor of the Australian Transplant Games.
