The Annual Members Update Meeting for the eighteen-month period January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 of Transplant Australia Ltd. will be held on Tuesday September 29, 2020 at 7pm via video conference.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- Accept the annual financial report for period January 1 2019 to 31 December, 2019

- Confirm the re-appointment of Directors and Confirmation of new Directors
- Confirm appointment of Auditor

As the meeting will be conducted via video conference, in the interests of running the meeting as efficiently as possible, members who wish to ask questions are asked to email them by close of business on Tuesday September 22, 2020.
