Everyone at Transplant Australia is saddened and shocked at the sudden passing of good friend and kidney recipient Andrew Vien-Debetaz. Andrew passed away suddenly last week due to a medical complication. He was a fabulous photographer and chances are if you attended the Australian Transplant Games in Western Sydney in 2016 he captured you on film looking your best. We enjoyed working with him and better understanding his thoughts on donation coming from someone so young and from a multicultural background. He helped us learn more about community attitudes towards donation.
