Ingredients

½ cup wholemeal plain flour
½ cup white self-raising flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup sugar
½ cup sultanas
1 egg, lightly beaten
¾ cup So Good Lite soy milk
1 tbs margarine, melted

Method

Sift flours and baking powder into a bowl, add sugar and sultanas.
Combine egg, So Good Lite soy milk and margarine. Gradually beat liquid ingredients into dry ingredients, mixing until batter is smooth.
Heat lightly greased fry pan. Place individual tbs of mixture in pan. Cook until bubbles appear on top, turn and cook other side.
