Managing mental health issues along the transplant journey are important for all patients and carers. Equally important is ensuring the voices of patients are heard so that services can continually be refined and improved.
This is the first time a forum of this nature has been held at the TSANZ and we are pleased to continue the legacy of Marks Cocks, our inaugural CEO at Transplant Australia. This forum replaces the Mark Cocks Research Scholarship that was awarded for more than 10 years and reflects the importance of engaging patients and carers at meeting like this.
