Transplant Australia encourages all Australians to don a team jersey on Friday, September 1, and have a conversation about organ donation with your co-workers, family and friends for Jersey Day 2017.
Jersey Day is an annual event supported by sports codes and communities all over Australia, which raises organ and tissue donation awareness in honour of Nathan Gremmo – a generous organ donor who saved the lives of 5 adults and a baby.
