The team at Transplant Australia would like to join our friends in Queensland offering our sincere condolences to the Greaves family with the news of the recent passing of Lincoln. Lincoln was one of the faces of the World Transplant Games on the Gold Coast in 2009. A gifted sportsman he competed at many Australian and World Transplant Games before applying his skills to transplant football with the Transplant Australia Football Club. He was a beautiful guy, a loving partner and new dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
