We are recognised as a National Sporting Organisation with a Disability by the Australian Sports Commission.We are a member of the World Transplant Games Federation.
Each year Transplant Australia holds an Annual Members Meeting to provide members with an update on the company’s activities and finances during the financial year. The Financial Statements are audited by the company’s independent auditor and are detailed below for the information of members.
Regulatory compliance and high standards of governance principles are essential to maintain the reputation of Transplant Australia which in turn allows the company to deliver services on behalf of its members and community. In addition to the ACNC, Transplant Australia adheres to the governance and reporting requirements of the Australian Sports Commission, Sports Integrity Australia, Australian Taxation Office, State Charity offices (for the benefit of state committees), and other entities related to various funding agreements with which we are fully compliant.
