  • 200g dried apricots
  • 0.25 cups caster sugar
  • 2 gluten free Weet-Bix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 50g dark cooking chocolate


  1. Place apricots, sugar and Weet-Bix into a food processor and process until smooth
  2. Add water gradually and continue to process until well combined
  3. Using wet hands, form mixture into balls
  4. Drizzle balls with melted chocolate and leave to set

Hot tip! Portion these sweet treats into small bags so you don’t get carried away in one sitting or better yet share with friends.
